Hi, I’m Amy. I’ve spent over 14 years working in early childhood education and discovered that calm, intentional, and connected learning spaces don’t happen by chance - they’re created. 🍃

That’s why I founded The Amy Approach: to support educators with hands-on workshops, professional development, and one-on-one mentoring, so both educators and children can thrive.

My goal is to help you feel confident, empowered, and inspired in your everyday teaching practice. ✨
